HOW TO PRACTISE
The practice of Tabla is not much interesting.Some times it make one monotonous and un-interesting but this instrument is the soul of music because music cannot be given perfection without time and rhythm.Hence the Tabla player should make a regular practice of about two hours daily.Rhythm is the base of time,hence,one should take a great care of the movement of hand and fingers whether they are rhythmical or not.The practice should be done in following manner:———
1、The number of bols to be produced on Tabla and Duggi alongwith the movement of fingers on them.
2、To assemble the bols i.e to play two bols,three bols and four bols together.
3、The practice of the Theka of Tabla alongwith its Duggan,Tiggan and Chaugan etc.
4、The practice of playing Mohra,Mukhada types of Gats,Patan and Rela etc.
The detauls of bols of Tabla and Duggi along with movements of hand and fingers is illustrated for guidance.

Tabla实践不是有趣的。某个时候它是单调和无兴趣的，但这台乐器是音乐的灵魂，因为音乐不可能被给完美没有时间和节奏。因此Tabla演奏员应该使规则实践大约二个小时每日。节奏是时间基础，因此，你应该采取手和手指的运动的十分注意不论他们是节奏性的。实践应该完成以以下方式：———
1、在Tabla和Duggi alongwith将生产的bols的数量手指的运动在他们。
2装配bols的、i。e对戏剧二bols，一起三bols和四bols。
