Usually,I am using 16bit ,44.1khz to record my project..
It seems the same with 24bit recording....(In my opinion)

From my knowledge..You can record the instrument in 16 or 24
maybe some instrument will be better in 24 bit recording..
But after the Mixing...They will back to 16 bit...
It is better to record to the CD I guess...

It's work but 不好la~
24 bit to 16 bit will lost some detail....
If you want to 刻盘和倒DAT.
16 bit record is good way..
