Oscillator - Phase Modulation now taken into account when "Play" pressed.
Oscillator - Phase Modulation Depth range now 0 ->10 (was 0 ->20)
Oscillator - Phase was reversed on 'Sync', fixed.
Oscillator - Sync now starts Saw and Ramp at peak of waveform (not mid point). This is closer to what a 'real' synth does. Appologies if this change messes up your synth.
Using Sustain pedal on multiple MIDI channels fixed (well, I couldn't test it, let me know)
