Take a look at the [B]ART DIO Digital Converter[/B]. It might do it. I use a dbx DDP which has no tubes and costs about 500 (no digi i/o either) but sounds really nice. Otherwiswe check out the demo of the Vintage Warmer plugin from [B]PSP audio[/B]. It works well in logic almost sounds as good as my ddp. I am thinking of getting the Art myself just to have some real tubes.

wooo this sounds good ! can anyone suggest a digital only sound card for around $300 to use along side this ART DIO Digital. I wanted to buy a sound card with onboard converter's i feel bad cause i was advised that would be short sighted. Upgradability i was told now i can see. Thanks guys.

use the magneto plugin which simulates tape saturation. it helps somewhat.
