Kawai's new Advanced Hammer Action II brings the feel of a real grand piano to the ES1. Its weighted hammer action design offers superb response and a smooth feel that will satisfy the needs of piano players and music educators alike.
SOUND SYSTEM
The sound system of the ES1 uses an innovative design in which the stereo speakers face
out from the rear panel toward the audience or classroom. A port system releases sound
from the top panel toward the player. This unique system delivers a surprising amount of
sound volume while creating a natural sound for the player.
The EQ feature allows you to adjust the sound quality to match the room you are playing in..
SIDE PANEL
A variety of useful connection jacks are conveniently located on the side panel of the ES1.
Two headphone jacks are provided for private listening. Left and right line outs and a stereo
line in provide all necessary audio connections. The ES1 has a PC interface jack for
direct connection to a personal computer and MIDI In/Out for connection to other musical
instruments. The pedal jack is compatible with an optional F-2r foot pedal ( 2 pedals -
Damper and Soft).
