0. Uninstall previvious version !!!
1. Execute attached Install_Waves_Central.exe & install it
2. Run c:\Program Files (x86)\Waves Central\Waves Central.exe
3. Press "Install Product" => "Online" (or "Select offline installer" if have prepared installer*)
4. Create account & login
5. Choose product to install **
6. Press INSTALL button & relax
7. Apply Waves_Complete_10.0.0.16_patch.exe
** - for full Complete plug-ins choose:

Bass Slapper
DTS Neural Surround Collection
Eddie Kramer Drum Channel
Mercury
Nx
Pianos & Keys

All Waves plugins: Across-the-board software update to version 10.
Electric Grand 80 Piano added to the following bundles: Broadcast & Production, Broadcast and Surround Suite, Diamond, Gold, Horizon, Mercury, Platinum, Sound Design Suite.
Eddie Kramer Drum Channel added to the following bundles: Broadcast & Production, Broadcast and Surround Suite, Diamond, Gold, Horizon, Platinum, Sound Design Suite.
Improved: Waves Tune Real-Time CPU performance.
Fixed: Plugins' 'About' boxes could not be closed under macOS 10.13.
Fixed: Possible GUI corruption on Windows systems with Intel HD graphic cards.
Fixed: Abbey Road Vinyl noise not completely off when set to -inf.
Fixed: Scheps Omni Channel issues with saved parameters using Reaper and Studio One.
Fixed: Scheps 73's Preamp and Drive knobs lose sync when automated together.
Fixed: Wrong automation names for VU in/out in SSL Channel.
Fixed: PRS SuperModels various bugs.

P.S. 64-bit AAX plug-ins untouched and work under Avid Media Composer & Avid Pro Tools
* to create an offline installer to select menu => Install => Prepare Offline Installer

1: Went to Waves web site and made sure my account was still active (no products registered)
and installed Waves Central.
2: From the top menu selected Install>Prepare Offline Installer
3: Under Choose Target Platform (PC)
4: Save offline installer to>Select target directory (selected Desktop New Folder created
with Waves folder inside containing offline installer
5: Under Select products for offline installer choose All Waves products>All versions
6: Now select the packages to install from the alphabetical list. Each package should be in the rightmost column.
7: Click Prepare Installer
** - for full Complete plug-ins choose:
