1) your latency set too low
2)u didn't set the max and min cache to your ram size, try DL the cache booster from analogx.com, and use the "digital audio preset)
3)try re size your virtualmemory to the same amount of your ram size(256) both min and max
4)at msgcon.exe turn off everything besides systray and your audio mixer(maybe your capture card too) that will reduce lots of ram usage
these settins r for win tweaks for all audio use not juz cakewalk, hope it helps
