建议将视频重新编码一下，不要使用压缩率很高的视频编码器，比如H264之类的，H264的各种P帧B帧是无法做到精确Seek的，而且解码需要占用很多资源，标清类视频建议使用类似于DVCPro等帧内压缩的编码器，高清视频可使用ProRes、AVC-Intra，或者Sony的XDCAM都可以，当然我说的是在Mac下，这些都可以轻松解码，部分解码器Mac已经内置，并且可以逐帧定位，自带TC码。Win下不太清楚，Win不太适合用于音视频制作。
我一般是用这种格式，给你一个参考，这是FCP导出的视频，cubase等都可以完美兼容。
