本帖同步在外坛发表,故用了中英对照 小型多轨录音机的话放一般都不怎样,因为高达60dB增益的高品质低噪音频放大器做成很小体积甚至做成集成电路难度比较大。但这些小型多轨机的AD转换器怎么样呢?
In general, the pres of protable recorders are not that brilliant, this is because to integrate an amplifier with 60dB of gain of high definition and low noise into chips is difficult. But how about the performance of AD converters for these protable recorders?
AD转换器貌似只涉及计算机技术,不涉及高增益音频放大,是可以集成化的。换言之,小型多轨录音机完全可以依赖其内置AD转换器外接话放来提升性能。
It seems that AD converters only involves computer technology, rather than audio amplification of higher gains, thus probably be able to be made with chips. In this sense, the performance of such recorders may be improved with an external pres by the use of on-board AD converters
希望通过以下实验弄清楚事实是否果真如此!
Let's find out the truth with following test! ------------------------------------------------------- 实验器材 Gears to be used: TASCAM DR-680 8轨录音机(6路话放/线放,加一路立体声S/PDIF,共8路) TASCAM 680 8CH protable recorder, with 6 Pre-ins and 6 Line-ins as well as a stereo pair on S/PDIF port;
RME OctaMicII 8路话筒放大器 (带8路AD/DA转换器,D-25数字音频接口) A rack mount 8CH pre with 8CH AD/DA Converter and D-25 digital ports;
话筒:由于只有两对型号不同的话筒:一对SuperLux S241和一对RODE NT55,为确保拾音条件对称,只得将其打散配对,用一只SuperLux S241和一只RODE NT55组成一对立体声拾音;用另一只SuperLux S241和另一只RODE NT55组成另一对 立体声拾音。
Mics: Only 2 pairs of mics with different models are available: a pair of Superlux s241 and a pair of Rode NT55; to ensure an identical miking condition, each of the 2 stereo sound tracks to be tested shall assign a combination of both models.
NUETRIK话筒线4条,长度均为3.5米 NUETRIK Cable x 4, of the length of 3.5 meters each.
实验方式 Test method:
第一组立体声话筒由RME放大,通过RME的线路输出接入TASCAM的线路输入,使用TASCAM机载AD转换器;
The 1st stereo track shall use RME as pres, to be routed from RME's line-out to TASCAM's line-in, where, TASCAM on-board AD converter is used;
第二组立体声话筒由RME放大,通过RME的D-25数字端口接入TASCAM的S/PDIF端口,使用RME的AD转换器
The 2nd stereo track shall use RMB as press, to be rounted from RME's D-25 digital port to TASCAM's S/PDIF port, where RME AD converter is used.
话筒均安装心形极头,设-10dB衰减,无低切;拾音方式为XY,距音源1.5-2米
All mics are set to cardiod, with -10dB of pad and without lowcut, the miking pattern is XY, around 1.5-2 meters away from the sound source

实验目的:判断上述两组设置针对同一个音源录音,是否有一组干声优于另一组的情形(两组录音干声 A,B),答案稍后公布
