The UA Connect app is difficult to download and keeps encountering error retries, even though it can be downloaded smoothly from the official website. However, Chinese users have been experiencing particularly difficult times downloading the driver after switching to UA Connect. They keep receiving error messages repeatedly. UA Connect is a poorly designed product. Please optimize it, especially for Chinese users.
