Its different for different patches and different modules and synths.
The easiest way to add the pitch bends would be to record them in as you playback... use the midi merge feature by right-clicking on the record button after you arm the track... start recording and only use the pitch wheel... this will preserve the note data and add the pitch bend info... and you can her the results as you play.
