我的mac系统最近不知道怎么了 不管装什么软件 重新启动电脑就是一个圆圈 进不了系统 还得从装系统 可是装完了以前的东西还在 还能用 怎么办？

你事从老板系统覆盖安装升级上来得么？还是有你机器型号是什么阿？

1. 试试开机按 option 选择启动磁盘启动。
2. 建议考虑更换硬盘（无论是否换 SSD）。

二楼正解，也许是重启动的时候启动硬盘错了，按二楼方法选对启动硬盘分区。如果还是启动不了那一是系统问题，二是硬盘问题。

老师好，想请教你个问题，我的mac mini2012有时忽然重启？比如有时候点一个程序的时候鼠标忽然不动，然后重启动。从10.10.2系统开始到现在的10.10.4都发生过，谢谢。我的硬盘是英特固态，内存三星的。

一般重启的可能几乎没有。
首先，断开其他外接设备看看，而后试试换回原装内存条，或是更换for Mac内存条（如海盗船有专用内存条）。
另外，如用了让第三方SSD支持Trim的Trim Enable先停用。
还有，留意下发生问题时操作是否基本近似（点开同一个程序或同一程序的同类操作），如果是，建议删除后看看，必要时再重装。

1，外设置就一个apollo声卡，原装内存没有。
2，tirm这个我也怀疑过，关了对固态不知道影响如何？
3，发生问题时都不相同，有一次是点开safari，前几天一次是打开设置，互联网帐户，

报告中似乎未见崩溃信息，如果以上尝试未果。
试试先 1. Time Machine 备份好最后状态，2. 手动备份重要资料副本。
开机按 command R 在线恢复系统，而后先试试是否还有问题；如无，启动“迁移助理”从 TM 备份中迁移用户文件／应用程序／相应用户等等配置，再试看。

我现在这个系统就是在线安装10.10.3正式版，之后就发生了重启动，之后我又升级了10.10.4开发者版本也有过一次。

这个问题到不妨碍使用，重启动后也不会丢失什么，但我只想知道是系统问题还是硬件问题，我总感觉是硬件哪不对。我在威锋论坛发帖子也有人这么说，他说他原来10.8很正常，后来升级了10.10.2就出现这个问题，后来又降回到10.8问题依然存在了，他也迷糊，他说去苹果官方论坛也有人说这个问题。我个人感觉mini主板不应该有问题，问题可能是ssd和内存。

还有个情况：Apollo Twin 是不配雷电线的，你配的是苹果原产吗？
