cubase 最早是用在ATARI ST系统的.1990年第一次有mac版本.1992年有第一个pc版本.

Cubase technology is now also available for Apple Macintosh.
1991
With Cubase Audio, digital audio is implemented in a sequencer for the first time. MIDI and audio data can now be directly recorded on the computer.

In the meantime, also PC users can use Cubase technology on their home computers. The sales company Jones/Steinberg is renamed Steinberg North America, Inc.
