VSL vs Sonic Implants vs EWQL
最近终于得了点空闲，重新整理音色，
顺便对比了一下三个巨型音色库里的弦乐。
光安装折腾了将近一天。大概听了一下，
总体来说我还是喜欢 Sonic Implants ，
因为是带自然混响的采样，很华利，而又不过分夸张。随便一弹就很好听。
VSL的演奏法很丰富，音色也真实，力度感觉很好，不过用起来实在是太麻烦了。
EWQL我只装了黄金版，感觉比上两个都要粗糙一些，不过如果只用一台电脑干活的话，使用比较灵活。
有意思的是我随便google了一下，想看看老外都怎么评价这些音色，结果看见这个帖子。
呵呵，看来大家的感觉都差不多啊。

I have a couple demo patches from both libraries that came with GS3. On the surface, I would have to say I prefer the Sonic Implants. Man, the sounds are gorgeous. I'm looking for a great string library and I know that VSL has great performance tools that enhance the playability of their strings (without it they don't sound as nice as the SI).
Does anyone out there use one over the other, or both?

Let me predict how this thread will turn out. You're going to get a bunch of people saying things like this:
"This has been debated before"
"You can't say which is more realistic, its all so subjective"
"VSL has its strengths and SI has its strengths"
"SI is easier to use out of the box, whereas VSL takes more work, but ultimately can bring about more realism"
"You're comparing apples to oranges"
"SI is more Hollywood, VSL is more Classical"
"SI is better for chamber music,"
And then there's always one guy who will say, "I don't like the way SI sounds".
And then some one will mention something about VSL's lack of reverb and it will start an argument between EWQLSO users and VSL users, and the argument will only end when some one makes a "GPO or Silver?" thread and it moves over there.
On page 3, Lux will point out that I forgot to mention some one recommending that dcoscina "buy both".

Sonic Implants 的弦乐使用非常方便，工作效率比黄金高许多。
黄金的演奏法的细腻度比Sonic Implants 要好。
音色方面各有特色：Sonic Implants显得华丽，有个性。在表达细致的东西方面黄金更合适，Sonic Implants 显得阳刚，甚至稍有些粗糙。
如不计较作品的制作时间，黄金要比Sonic Implants 更容易做出细腻、人性化的作品，但用Sonic Implants作的东西听上去要比黄金显得立体。
