Motu的反应十分迅速，节前我向他们提供了有关Ultralite声卡升级Firmware后出现经常性无法启动Ultralite的情况，并且和他们的技术人员一起测试了多种情况，证明之前升级的firmware 1.10的确有一些问题，今天早晨突然收到Motu的邮件，哈哈，他们很快已经修正了这些问题，建议UltraLite的用户尽早升级，新版本为1.15，修复了很多错误。

Motu的邮件原文如下：
Hello,

You are receiving this email because you had reported issues regarding your UltraLite firmware.

MOTU has released a new update for the firmware of the UltraLite which is recommended all UltraLite users. This can be found at www.motu.com on our Downloads page under the Firewire Software link.

Please test this installer and report back the results that you are experiencing.

你有遇到这问题啊?记得前段时间有人发帖说过,这次我比较幸运没出事.开始有点白老鼠感觉了,犹豫是否升级好.

遇到这问题了，后来Motu给我发来原机的Firmware 1.0，但是刷了之后还是出现问题，最后Motu说是1.10版firmware有问题，所以出了最新的1.15，估计已经解决了所有问题，我早上对出现问题的Ultralite进行了升级，目前没有发现什么问题

我也升到1.15了，OS和XP下，使用均无问题！8错！
