Phase 1
Let's begin with a New Arangement..
- Press File/New.
- Delete The 2 Matrix Samplers.
- Now goto the Seqeuncer You'll see that something is Recorded!
Now press the Right mouse button A menu come's up!
Now press select all and you'll see the whole song is Currently Selected then press Delete on your Keyboard or whatever suite's you right!
Phase 2
Now Delete al the sampler's Just click on the Text on the Seqeuncer's left! (Make sure the Rounded Rectangle is active before you can press delete.
Now your ready to begin!.
Phase 3
Now press Create/ Choose SubTractor Analoge Synthesizer!
Now choose your best sound I prefer IceQueen
Now you hear nothin like a Reverb effect.. First of all you need to Change the Polyphony from 1 to 4!
When the Polyphony reads 1 you can't hit 2 Key's at the same time.. Well if you change it to 4... Then you'll hear you can hit 2 key's at the same time
Phase 4
Now go and have a look at the Subtractor! Click on the Subtractor to make it Active.. When it's Active there's a Blue line Al over it.. that means if you want to add any effect it will be Placed under the Subtractor If not Then the Effect doesn't work for The Current sampler
(So alway's remember to select the sampler first before adding any effect)
Phase 5
Now when you have Selected the Subtractor goto
Create/ add a RV-7 Digital Reverb!
Now press a key on your masterkeyboard!
You'll hear a very Far hall effect!
Now for some good panning Effect..
Change Dry/Wet from 127 to 14!
Now you hear less hall effect!
Now watch the display saying Hall!
Change it to Stereo Echoes!
Now change the Decay from 2 to -6 so turn it to the left!
Now save your settings..give it a name Reverb test.rns!
Now the Reverb panel has no name Click on the panel's Text
and name it Peer 1!
Now play for a second or 2 and listen how the Echo Pushes your Ears!
Now this is end of phase 4..
Phase 5
Now goto create and add a DDL-1 Digital Delay Line.
Now name the Panel to Peer 2
Now for some Good settings
Change The Dry/Wet Balance from 127 to 12 or 10 what suite's you best!
Now play and listen how it React's on peer 1..
Now you hear the Peak level of the patch is to Hard!
Now we will work on that in Phase 6.
Phase 6
The peak level can be adjusted as following..
Make sure the Subtractor is selected.
Now add a PEQ-2 Two band parameter EQ!
Name the panel to EQ peer..
Now for the settings..
Change Filer A Gain from 0 to -36 Now You'll see the line is going down now listen how it softens The EQ Peak level of the sound.
Now you see 2 buttons enable the second one
Filter B enable when you done that a Red light will burn.
Now change Filter A FREQ from 66 to 54!
Now change the filter A Q from 64 to 0.
Now watch the line spreading..
Now save your current file..
And play for a while..
Final Phase
Now you have a Cool synth that can be Adjusted any time you want..
Now for the final touch add a PH-90 Phaser
Use the Following settings..
Name the panel Peer Phaser!
- FREQ:64
- SPLIT:69
- WIDTH:64
- RATE:69
- FREQ MOD:67
- FEEDBACK-23
