这种情况我也出现过。。你先卸载干净然后重装再试。。再不行换个版本的

我也出现过,请问你是不是开着杀毒软件运行的PT,据说是因为PT一些文件的被杀毒软件(例如360杀毒)误报给删了导致的, 卸了重装,装的时候记得关闭杀毒软件,运行前也要关闭,另外,定期全盘杀毒前,要记得添加白名单。理论上就不会再出现这个问题了。

DAE error 9514; Pro Tools won't launch (Windows)
DAE Error -9514 is reported when account privileges have been compromised. This is most commonly caused by active Anti-virus software during installation on local accounts, or by managed network account policy settings.

What causes DAE error -9514 on Pro Tools launch?

Why did Pro Tools work fine for the first few hours or day after initial install, but now won't launch because of DAE error -9514?

What policy information do I need to deliver to my network administrator when Pro Tools is installed on a managed network account?
Pro Tools adds a user to some policies (see below); if another application (such as anti-virus), existing network policy, or a network permissions batch process restricts this user, then you will see DAE error -9514 and Pro Tools will fail to launch.
  • If you are not on a managed network account, then completely uninstall Pro Tools, disable or remove any anti-virus software you have installed, and reinstall Pro Tools.
  • If you are on a managed network account and Pro Tools fails to launch with DAE error -9514 (either initially or after a certain period), then you will need to contact your network administrator to append the Pro Tools user to the approved users list by following the steps below.
To find out where policies are being blocked, follow these steps:

  • In the registry, find the following key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Digidesign\User Mode
  • Verify that you have 3 keys: usermode0, usermode1 and usermode2.   --- If you don't, then something has prevented the user's policies from ever being written (usually anti-virus).
  • Launch "secpol" from command prompt.
  • Export the "User Rights Assignment" log.

If Pro Tools launches after the initial install, but then stops launching after a period of time (usually 24 hours), then a batch process common to all accounts on that domain is clearing unauthorized user access.  To resolve this, check with your network administrator to add the Pro Tools user to the approved users list.

If full permissions cannot be granted to a single user, then the network administrator must ensure that the Pro Tools user is granted access to the following policies:

- Deny log on as a service
- Deny log on locally
- Deny log on through Remote Desktop Services
- Increase scheduling priority
- Lock pages in memory
- Log on as a batch job
- Manage auditing and security log

Note that the Pro Tools user name is a randomly-generated GUID that is different for each install of Pro Tools (including installations on the same machine).  For large installations, it may be possible to create a user group with the above policies enabled and assign each unique Pro Tools user to that group.

It also should be noted that Pro Tools is not tested or supported in any way on managed network accounts, and the above information is not guaranteed to resolve any issues.  For a fully compatible and supported configuration, Pro Tools must be installed and run only on local accounts.
