安装HQ.orchestral时遇到难题

新装的系统，装HQ.orchestral时遇到难题
装到一半时打出一框框：An i/o error occurred while installing a file .this is normally caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file.之后只能按Abort.。。。安装失败！！！！请各位帮帮忙！

HQ.orchestral安装原文件有错误，如果在光盘上，可能是有地方读不出来。
