* Supports Delay Compensation with Sonic Foundry applications (Acid, Vegas, Sound Forge) as well as SONAR.
* Changed DSP buffering setting so that it's now global instead of per-plugin.
* Improved preset organisation: VST-DX now remembers individual preset folders for each VST plug if you want it to. When you use the load/save preset menus for a given plug, it will remember the folder you used last for that particular plug.
* Further improvements to SONAR 2.1 compatibility
* Supports "getProgramNameIndexed" VST opcode for better/faster performance with complex VSTis and those with many presets
* fixed bug in 4.1: "Use VST Prefix" setting was ignored
* fixed bug in 3.x/4.0/4.1: patch list names and patch names did not update correctly when loading synth banks.
* fixed bug in 4.0/4.1: Adapter would not work in destructive-edit mode in SONAR (right-click a clip and "apply" a DX plug, gave error message in 4.0/4.1, fixed in 4.2)
