为什么我的GigaStudio不能加载*.gig文件了????

加载时,当加载时提示:
Unable to allocate the memory required to download the instrument.
后又提示:Error Code5:There was a problem with the GigaStudio file.
请大虾帮助!!!!!!!!!!!

肯定不是,因为我曾经用得很好的.而且,我现在WINXP下使用又是正常的.真不知为什么????
