一般如果是升级包的话，小数点前面的数字会沿用以前版本的，比如1.5,1.6，V9R8，V9R9之类的，如果小数点前面的数字变了，从1.x变成了2.x，那么基本上就是一次新版的大升级，整个软件从基础结构上都会有改变，一般不会只发升级包，而是直接发完整软件。就算cubase从6升级到7的所谓“升级包”，其实也是一个完整的软件安装包，只是比全新完整版的包装盒子里少个USB加密狗。

以前的1.5版本有分为16bit和24bit，这个估计只有24bit

(1) these are all new samples compared to the LASS 1.0 (5 DVD set) on the tracker
(2) you need to use Kontakt 5 "Remove Library" to remove the old product (LASS 1.0 or LASS 1.5), then "Add Library" to add LASS 2.0

（1）这些采样相比较Lass 1.0（5 DVD 合集）的而言都是新的采样。
（2）你必须使用Kontakt 5 中的"Remove Library"命令将旧的产品 (LASS 1.0 或 LASS 1.5),删除掉以后，再使用 "Add Library"命令添加LASS 2.0  （我英语很烂，只是热心帮狗哥忙，如果翻译错了，请多担待。）

这个版本怎么没有ARC界面呢？都是乱的。

"If you load up the ARC and get a bunch of weird grey graphics, then follow these instructions below. If you updated from LASS 2.0 to 2.01 and got the weird graphics for the first time, please post your system specs below. Usually this is because the ARC folder is not copied to the correct location... and in the case of XP... you have to use an ARC XP install.

SOLUTION:

1. If the music machine has internet access, simply launch the Audiobro Download Center app,
   sign in, and use the 'ARC Only' installed. You're done
2. Otherwise, you'll need to copy ARC off of the original machine used to download/install

The ARC assets are installed here:

* Just grab the folders from the original machine and copy them to the appropriate place on the Music machine.
* To make sure ARC is properly installed simply load the multi called: ARC Starter. If you see ARC you are good to go.
