味道都有惯性，和你我的价值观一样，所以无章可循的路是最难走的。

永远忘不掉别人把橙汁鸭条拿来和豆腐干粉丝放一起乱炖的味道，那是第一次把最喜欢的食物与人分享，却不被懂啊，焦酥皮的鸭肉沾着酸甜橙味沙司这件事也许真的很难被人懂吧。

不是只有艺术家多愁善感，一个厨子也会难过，也会失落，也有孤独、焦虑和无处释怀。Never mind, i am strong, 只是眼泪还未驯服，一逗就涌出。

火星有菜、名曰胡萝卜炒巧克力，其实很容易做的，推荐品尝。

这个可以有~ 可以考虑一下做成饭后甜点~ 如果让我做胡萝卜巧克力的话 我的想法是 胡萝卜提前一天糖水加蜂蜜煮熟 并继续放糖水中浸泡一夜 冷藏~ 融化巧克力和黄油 搅拌均匀后 蜜糖胡萝卜切小碎 和开心果仁碎及焦糖碎一起拌入巧克力 冷冻 等巧克力坚硬后切成方形块~~ 再配上桃子味道的冰淇林就可以出品了~~~

口味不一般啊。

嗯 我个人口味确实偏nature点~

今天听到好朋友中午吃了两片鸡排和回锅肉 晚上烧白菜排骨丸子汤还有煎三文鱼 我就发自内心高兴 那种心情就是虽然不是我但我知道有人能为你用心做好料 而你能吃得开心~~~！

明天去郊外 我会带上好吃的 我的朋友们一定会很开心 因为我们的外带食物将会很好吃 因为是我做的~~

说得我都饿了

那时候是学校对面有家小炒店，我们经常去吃饭就跟老板混熟了，有一天老板吹牛说，只要我们能想出来的，他就能做出来，于是就有了红薯炒海带这个菜～还挺好吃，哈哈
