1.To Oversees the Professional audio business channel management
2.To track and Obtain market & trade info
3.To research and understand the full sales potential of China professional audio market for Sennheiser brand
4.To execute Sennheiser professional audio Sales and Marketing strategy for China Market
5.To do regular sales tracking with our China Distributors and assure that targets are met
6.To support Product Sales Training for distributor and channel partners
7.Identify, recruit and cultivate channel partners for key China Cities
8.To prepare a monthly sales report & and a monthly forecast
9.Assure that proper business ethics are conducted throughout the Sales Operation.
10.Other duty assigned.

职位要求
1.Minimum of 3 years of Pro audio business channel management experiences
2.Knowledgeable in Professional audio product
3.Preferable to have product/market knowledge of Professional Microphones products in China
4.A good team player and good communicator
5.Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
6.Proactive, self-driven and capable to work under pressure
7.Fluent in English, Mandarin"
8.Frequent business travel is required

3.对国内专业话筒产品/市场有 深入了解
4.具备团队合作精神及并善于沟通
