I saw someone requested MUTU DP9 and I found no DP9 on the site I just tried and installed DP9 on Mavericks 10.9.5 and it works with the old method and new serial. I don't know if it is working on Windows you can try it.
So I decided to upload for people who like this beast.

1. Download the installer from original MOTU
2. Input the serial and info from the text
3. When the scanner window appears don't scan yet, disable your internet then click to scan
4. Disable outgoing internet from DP9
5. It's done and fully working for me until now
