周末快乐。感谢你发布的资讯，不知道是怎么回事，在老地方是不是在下载资料上有限制，看上面的英文的大意，好像是我没有能够给论坛提供资源，以及我的下载已经到达了所给予我的限额，所以不能够再下载种子了。不可否认，我确是没有资源。

是,老地方下载和上传是有比例的,如果下载高于上传比例到一定程度就不让下载了.
