AIR Stutter is designed for creative beat manipulation, experimenting with glitchy textures, and super quick rhythmic layering.
At its core, it’s a linear rhythmic gate effect for slicing up your audio. You choose how many steps you want and how long each one lasts. The basic functionality is simple, fast, and fun to tweak.
The interface is streamlined and colorful, with large, clear controls. The Intervals knob sets how frequently slices are triggered, while Length defines how long each slice will be. You can sync everything to your host tempo or go freeform.
There’s also a Mix knob for blending the processed signal with the original, and modulation options to add more motion your sound. The Pitch and Pan mod sections are super fun, and you can use them to create rhythmic pitch bends, stereo movement, or glitchy chaos depending on how deep you go.
